    Patient also often benefit from keeping a therapy journal, keeping track of their thoughts and behaviors in-between sessions while remaining mindful of their treatment goals.

  • That’s OK! Honest self-exploration is a huge part of effective therapy, and sometimes that can start with identifying what it is we wish to change about our life or our selves. As a new patient, the exploration of these personal needs will be a central part of your initial assessment.
